OUR CHIEF BURAK ERDOGAN
Our chef, Burak Erdoğan, achieved great success by being selected as the "gastronomy specialist in Vienna" among more than 2,000 specialist as a result of the researches and evaluations made by the famous VIDA- Union in 2015, 2016 and 2017.
Before that, he was born in the heart of Anatolia as a child of the Covan family. He spent his childhood as a shepherd among sheep and wolfs. He learned the flavors of the region where he was born from his grandparents. His life story before introducing Anatolian cuisine to the world starts from the first steps of the sector...
VIENNA JOURNEY
Born in Karlık village of Sorgun district of Yozgat, Burak came to live with his father in Vienna at the age of 6 with his mother and 3 siblings.
In his vocational training, he completed the Längenfeld Gastro Business 4 years in a row with a commendation.
Since 1996 he runs his own restaurant, Faerber cuisine.
